MQube Enhances 'Marketing Genius' Tool for Mortgage Brokers with New Compliance Feature

MQube, a leading mortgage technology company and parent of MPowered Mortgages, has announced enhancements to its 'Marketing Genius' tool, designed to assist brokers with marketing content creation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Launched earlier this year, Marketing Genius utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to generate marketing content such as social media posts, emails, blogs, and vlogs. This tool, available free of charge to brokers, aims to help attract more customers and engage existing ones.

Today, MQube introduces a new feature to Marketing Genius that incorporates regulatory considerations according to the Mortgage Conduct of Business (MCOB) rules. Instead of directly altering content, the tool prompts brokers to review and adjust any wording that may not align with FCA guidance, ensuring clarity and better consumer outcomes.

While Marketing Genius does not generate compliant content on its own, it empowers brokers to create marketing materials that meet regulatory standards.

Since its launch, Marketing Genius has gained significant traction among brokers, with over 350 currently utilizing the service. These brokers have collectively produced over 1500 pieces of marketing content, ranging from social media posts to emails and blogs.
